Just to share some tips to catch maphacker by manual ways.
Game Replay
Guidelines to catch MapHackers by watching Game Replay
Step 1 : Open your Replay and let the Host pick his/her Hero (taking swap and repick in consideration).
Step 2 : When the Host's finalize his/her hero, select the person you suspect using maphack (Replay Vision)
Step 3 : Turn off the [Fog of War] in the replay window.
Step 4 : Now the hard part comes in , you have to keep spamming [Ctrl + C] or [ Alt + C], you will see green or yellow circles around , heroes , buildings etc , now that is what he is clicking at that moment.
(The enemy units are on 'red circle' whereas, allies are on 'green circle' - this could help you understand if he clicked on enemy unit or allied unit).
Step 5 : Keep on spamming until you get a red circle , pause the replay and take a screen shot , then turn on the [Fog Of War] and check the click was in the fog or not, if he was inside the fog , just take another screenshot and you are done (Maphacker Busted).
REMEMBER:
1. Host's Hero Bug - Host’s hero will automatically get selected if you were spamming alt+c at the instant when the hero picked, swaped, repicked and respawned).
2. Delayed Fog Clicks (DFC) - A person can click on a hero before he enters into the the fog - once that hero disappears into the fog, the click (red circle) remains on it. This happens often when the hero you are viewing from dies - often times they have just clicked on the opponent hero who had just killed them. When their hero dies, they will usually not click anything for a while, and thus the click remains on the opponent hero, even when that hero enters the fog. To get rid of these type of fog clicks, once the opponent hero enters the fog, turn on and then off the Fog of War.
3. Templar Assassin's Stasis Trap bug - This is a lesser known bug that occurs when a Templar Assassin casts their stasis trap while we're checking the replays through their opponents' view. Focus sometimes get auto-zoomed on the stasis trap at the moment of creation.
Here's the picture describing some of the stuff to you, for better understanding:
