1. He/she should have low warning ( banhistory ) .
2. No spamming/low quality.
3. Respect other people / staffs members.
4. Already on RGC more than 3 months.

- well, i can ban and kick people who insult other players. i will also do my best to advertise Asia.Esport channel so we can grow to a bigger family. .
